What about customers who wants everything under the sun?

Customer wants to get her discount through the company that she works for but didn't want to have to go thru the hassle of calling her HR and then calling NBO to get FAN attached to account that way she can migrate to Cingular with fones for a cheaper price... THEN she wants to keep her existing rate plan and not have to pay for any other fees with her migration. ON TOP OF THAT she wants to get everything ASAP (as in 1 or 2 days)!!!

UNREAL I TELLS YA!!!

all that customer needs to do is goto a store and pick up the phone and choose their plan for the price they want to pay and then get their discount that way

or the customer that wants us to reflect all the minutes included with his plan after you exhaustively explain to him that the minutes only show up on his bill when he uses them. He then asked me to send him a letter reflecting the details of his calling plan, if I can't do it, get a Supervisor to do it (like they would!). I was tempted to lie and say "right away sir and you should receieve that in... 5 to infinity days" but I held back *twitch*. He argued with me, basically said that we should make a change within our billing system so his request can be done (did he feel special?). Sooo... in the end, he hung up and I lived happily ever after (til i got another call).

Sheesh, we should get compensation for extremely challenging (or chal...
