grrrrr
So this customer calls in to inquire about the balance on his mothers bill. Wants to know why its a hundred bucks more than normal. So I tell him that it was because of some over usage on the bill and long calls. The guy calling in for his mom says that his dad has alzheimers and that when he gets a hold of the phone he just presses buttons and calls numbers. So this escalates to my supervisor for credits, he informs of usage and that he should be responsible. Then the customer is upset that we didnt send a free phone to them when the contract expired yet no efforts were made. Grr where do these people come from on Sundays.
