😈 i'm tired and gonna start getting hussy ..... i just got a transfer call from wex .... why the he!! can warranty not give out info on contract end dates .... the rep said because of quality ... the only thing the cust wanted to know was his end date ... too bad the india call center wasn't near the beach

I understand what your saying though.

I had the same call earlier and she noted in the account that I didn't want to take the call!

Actually , India can provide that info.They do have a tendency to not research accts to find it , or they mistake a simple question for a RED flag.

The rep I spoke with didn't know where to look for the contract end date. She never bothered to figure it out obviously. I was nice and showed her how to use HER system... 😉

That seems to be what I do most of my day.What kills me is to have the same agent call again and again for the same thing.When we take the time to educate them , then they should retain that info.Unfortunately , they DON'T. â˜šī¸

That's probably actually what happened. If there's a redflag the reps are required to transfer the customer to Care. Yes, they can tell the customer "Your contract end data is **whatever***, however if your need more information about your contract I can transfer you to Care.

Also, some of them don't always know exactly how to express themselves in English. Many times when the customer escalates to me the situation is totally different or more serious then the rep explained.

i asked the wex rep .... whats the issue

she replied .... the cust would like to know their contract end date

i asked .... you can't tell her that info?

she replied ... no i can't because of quality

okay whatever, she transfers the cust, i give the end date and ask anything else? cust says no that is all i needed


and warranty couldn't answer that because why???????
