Yeah I got something to bitch about. Regina call center is probably getting the axe, rumors are flying and the March training we should of had, well it's April and still stuck in Digital. All the proof is out there.
I tried to defend this company, I tried to understand why this company does what it does, but the last straw has broken and I am pissed now. This company is trying to axe us and this is why.
They are giving us impossible odds to beat. Transfers, can't avoid them. I have to transfer a customer or rep to the correct department because they couldn't do it themselves, it's not my fault I got their misrouted call.
If this company wants me to start giving the number to the department and make the customer call it themselves, ...

Link, your centre isn't going anywhere. None of the Canadian centres's are being closed. Rumour has it that a lot of the American centres are though. Many are gone now...

Why are they doing this to us then? Why demand that we keep call transfers below a certain percentage? Why force us to do something we are not at all capable of doing what so ever?

i work in a call center in Tn and we have to track calls too. its because cingular call centers are able to meet the standards they(the client) wants and we can't. we have a new transer policy though so if your a dealer or other dept i dont have to transfer you. you have to call back 😛

I am making a new policy, if your not my friend, then you have to call back. Thus eliminating the need to transfer customers and reps. I think I will invoke this policy starting... now. 😈
