Custumer service reps. may be the leading cause to heart failure...

This was suggested to me by a customer who had contacted us over 200 times in one month. He had also documented every rep. he talked to and had a crapload of id's that meant absolutely nothing. He was also well versed in my opening statement as well as many other depts.(I let him rant for 10mins. flat, he never took a single breath...very impressive and I believe it was part of the reason he seemed to be brain damaged.) After having to deny his request for credits(I've no crediting capabilites...so generally I don't offer credits)and researching his acct. every one of us told him generally the same thing.(I found this to be absolutely astounding.) NO! So this poor guy starts trying to appeal to my human emotions which are converted to robo...

OMG That is so great. This guy is really gonna try and blame you for his heart trouble. Wow people are relentless. On the other side of things though...MURDERER!!! Darn you to heck you MURDERER!!! Just kidding 😁
