With any luck I could be rid of this horrid experience within the week. Never again would I deal with an angry customer or an Indian, who can't carry a casual conversation, asking me to explain the most complex situtation in detail and at half speed, repeating everything at least thrice. Oh what joy that will be!

But that is where you are wrong because I to have been causing a big stink with certain upper level individuals who used to be WEX OM's and then had a heart attack and had to leave an is now back to terrorize C&A. You can keep your husband, he's a cool guy and all but I have no use for him, but for God's sake woman, leave the lanyard. That could potentially be reissued to another employee who wishes to lose his/her sanity.
