I'm sick and tired of Blind Transfers!!!
GAH!!! I can't stand it when i get a call and it's a customer saying, "ummm...I was talking to this other rep and he put me on hold for a while and...now I'm talking to you. Can you send me back to the other rep?"
I mean, how hard is it to tell the customer that you can't help them (or don't want to) and that you're gonna transfer them. ARRGHHH!

It's very frustrating for ALL the depts that deals with it. I never trans a cus without doing my job(if Im the right dept) and they're always aware before transfered. I find that to be so flippin rude and unprofessional.

i know exactly what you mean about blind transfers. it is very frustrating.... they should get feedback or something 👿

Yeah, it's just hard to give feedback when you never even talk to the rep, much less the customer probably doesn't know his name so i can't even look up his awid.

and to top it all off most of them dont even want to talk to you.. they MUST be transfered back to that rep...

if its our policy to warm exfered it should be all dept policy thats why there is so much confusion all the time 😢

We were told that we cant warm transfer anymore because of all these STATS that Cingular wants from former ATTWS employees. so we HAVE to cold transfer (not blind - theres no excuse for that) to keep good stats.

The "View Log" in Axys makes it easy, but alas no such love in Siebel...
