URGENT MESSAGE FOR CUSTOMERS OF CINGULAR OR ANY OTHER WIRELESS CARRIER!!!!

repCB

People, this is BIG news for anyone who pays for wireless service! This has been going on for who knows how long, but the general public must know! If you are a wireless customer and you are reading this, please spread the word immediately:

YOU ARE CHARGED TAXES ON YOUR BILL, IN ADDITION TO WIRELESS SERVICE CHARGES

Thats right folks, if you sign up for a 39.99 rate plan, you dont actually pay 39.99. Thanks to sneaky little hidden charges like "911 Service Fee" "State Municipal Telecommunications Tax" and the infamous "Federal Excise Tax" and "Federal Universal Service Charge" you may be paying up to $12.50 more a month, skyrocketing your bill to 52.49 or more a month!

If you're like me, you're probabl...

Yeah just like a Canadian, wait until you need something to start referring to us as brothers. It's the French influence that makes you that way, it's understandable. And yes, I'm sure you're not in Quebec but once the French take over part of something they've got their hands in everything.

****WARNING****
DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING THIS GUY SAYS TOO SERIOUSLY. HE IS ABSURDLY TWISTED AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. FURTHERMORE, IT'S JUST A JOKE.

Now I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you just attempted to call me a moron. Unfornately I can't be sure because I'm not fluent in broken English. If you don't mind I'd appreciate it if you'd hire a translator, or at least pick up a second grade grammar book, before you make another futile attempt at conversation. I'm sorry if the words are too big for you, I just wanted to keep you busy for a good hour or so.

UNLESS you have SunCom's new TRUTH IN WIRELESS plan. That is right...the $39 plan costs $39.00. The Unlimited calling UnPlan Truth in wirless cost $69.00. Each additional line is $20.00...there are NO more costs....

It is unlimited anywhere in NC/SC; the tricities of VA/TN and the Eastern part of GA...anywhere else in the USA is $.10/min with no roaming or longdistance anywhere/anytime. A very good deal for people who do not travel for a living.

You guys have been working for companies that don't "get it" so long you refuse to believe that a company finallt "gets it".
Some of you are also too lazy to go to www.suncom.com and see that I speak the truth.

$39.00 dollar plan costs..surprise....$39.00
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

I actually DID go to the site and reviewed it for myself, the rate plans do exist and all additional charges are included in the plans, thanks for the vote of confidence in reps. Some of us do look things up to find more info for our job while we're not even there. And I can definately say that I am NOT LAZY, nor are alot of other reps, some just don't care and unfortunately those are the ones that cutomers talk to their friends about. I take pride in my job, even if I don't like the way we're forced to do it, and will do what I can for ANY customer and if it means I get fired so be it, but I do my job well. Just like i'm sure you do, I don't bad mouth you or your company, try returning the favour.

I did go to suncom.com... In fact I did one better and called them... Which I suggest you do... They charge taxes.

Oh, and for a final point... You're an idiot.

Let me see if I get this right.
You called SunCom and the person who talked to you told you that the Truth in Wirless UnPlan cost 69.00 plus taxes and fees? And the Truth in Wireless 1000 both cost $39.00 plus taxes and fees?

The idiot is the person you talked to ..or the person who put all the wax in your ears.

Now..once agasin...what fax # would you like me to send a copy of the customers bill to?

No..."they" are not wrong. But the person you talked to either did not understand your question or you did not understand thier answer.

I have a name... Jerry I work at store 1072 in Wilmington. I KNOW what I am talking about. I sold 52 of these plans last month. Our store sold over 170. Now if we don't know what we are doing I guess there is going to be one hell of a lawsuit when those customers get their bills?

Again...where did you want the invoice copy sent to?

I don't know, I had a look at a test invoice in the help section of http://www.suncom.com/help/bill_help.shtml
and I saw a section clearly showing taxes. It is showing a grand total of $56.20 though.

Every carrier tries to advise customer's of everything... But it's impossible to cover every possible scenario...

That's when I say... "Sir, i'm sorry when you got you service w/ cingular you were not advised the Pope could die any day now. I assure the merger w/ ATTWS had nothing to do with the Pope's health. No sir, I will not issue credit for you 'pain & suffering'. Yes sir, we value all our customers"

Ever wonder what exactly those charges under "Taxes, Fees and Surcharges" on your cell phone bill actually are? Because this charge can amount to 10% or more of your cell phone bill, it's important to try to understand exactly what your are getting charged for. Since cell phone taxes, fees and surcharges vary by cellular service provider and by state, it's hard to get an actual number on these charges. You can, however, use our tax rates and definitions below as your tax and surcharge guide to estimate your taxes and fees.

Cell Phone Taxes
