If service is not activated and your phone is not returned as noted above, you will be charged for the full price of the phone." I was wondering if this was the same for . I was thinking of signing up for AT&T when the Motorola v600 came out, but I already have another phone I can use for AT&T. I was gonna get a rate plan WITH the v600, but I was gonna unlock the v600 and give that to my friend to use with T-Mobile, and I was gonna use Moto MPx200 with my service. You will be charged full price if the phone is not kept active on service for 60 days. (IE the difference btw your cost and full retail cost will be debited to your service). If you do not return the equipment and you cxl under buyers remorse you will be charged back the full price as well as again you are required to keep phone on service with AWS for 60 days. Hope this helps.

And what about if I get a corporate discount of 50% off of phones and accessories? Will the discount be taken off the full price of the phone, or will the discount be taken away completely?

If you dont return the phone then you are responsible for paying the full cost that AT&T pays for the phone which for our purposes would be the retail price. The corporate discount is still linked to you remaining with AT&T.

A contract states you keep service, it does not matter what phone you use,
you can use whatever phone you want as long as it is compatable with our service, use any phone you want

If you sign up for AWS service with a V600 and 2 days into your service decide to use your Motorola smart phone you won't be charged ANYTHING extra. I'm not sure what theDMan is talking about but he may be confused with if you were canceling your service.

The instant rebate that you receive for that phone is linked to that phone being kept on service with AT&T for a certain amount of time, if you do not fullfill this requirement then you will be charged for the difference between what you originally paid for the phone and the full price. The dicounted phone is not provided just so you can activate another one and then pawn it off to make money.

i disagree i have yet to see where it requires you keeping that phone on service, and i have done it personally and helped many cust,s in CC, so where do you get this policy from

the whole point of the discounted pricing for any equipment is that you keep it on service with AWS, otherwise why would they discount the equipment for you
