Best Call Of The Day-So Far!

Best call of the day so far is the one I just had.Customer calls in lost his phone, has 2 lines on a shared package activated like mid november, wanted free phones, willing to migrate, but wants free "2" v-551's and does not want to renew his contract.After doing eveything possible, got the save team to waive the upgrade fees, but not those 2 for free 🙄

I gave him the option of eith buying a blue phone full price, no discount since only been on service for like 4 months, or take the available discounts, he said well i can go to the store and get a free att phone with service then cxl, to keep the phone, this whole time he's on his wireless phone.He goes in and they tell we can only sell lines of cingular service, can't buy or add ...

I had a customer who wanted national coverage for a month, I advised her only through Cingular. Of course she didn't want a new phone.

Will probably cancel and get a new phone with a new company.

Yeah congratulations lady, thanks for proving to us how much smarter you are by grabbing a brand new phone with a new company when you clearly don't want to migrate to GSM.

I salute you with all my middle fingers held aloft.

Another customer called in and wanted to be taken off of the RCCB. She stated she never authorized us to put her on it.

Yeah right thats why OCS clearly has a note in there that customer is being switched to RCCB by the OCS. Congratulations another smart customer.

Then she wants me to "refund" her the overage from, NOT one, but two invoices as OCS view minutes was not showing her accuratly how many minutes she is using. She stated before the merger she could view her minutes 100% to accuracy.

Ma'am I am sorry but lying to a rep that knows more about the wireless systems, is going to catch your lie and expose you for it.

Nice try, no credit and now that you are wanting to cancel here is the Loyalty Team who is going to bend over ...
