Why is it that every customer with a high invoice that calls in has no ideas are ATTWS invoices hard to read is it the font is it too small I just dont get it do you even look at the invoice before you call in

Yeah, why can't they understand that the fields marked "Balance Forward" and "Late Fee" are there for a reason.

Yeah I just dont understand how they all call in about there invoice because it high and then you go over it with them and there like why well if you use your phone then your gonna have to pay for it if you want a smaller bill get off the phone

Or, they call in to ask VERY specific questions about their bill and when you ask them to look at something they say:
"I left my invoice at"
A) home
B) downstairs
C) in the basement
D) in the UFO that abducted me last night
Either that, or they are driving in the middle of a blizzard and yell at me 'cause the traffic is somehow my fault.

Wow thats great ive never been yelled at for traffic but mosts cust just look at the balance you think they could take a moment to look over there invoice before they call and we tell them they have a high invoice because they dont pay there bill or use there phone so much
