Like I said before: the income will be down. They spent a crap-load of money in the AT&T acquisition. It will be next quarter that they will start to show positive net income since they did tne smart thing and realized the AT&T purchase all in one quarter. Hurts that quarter's net income something fierce, but will make the successive quarters look much better.

I'll bet that they have some pretty good numbers to post for 1Q '05 though...
