Mr. Keith:
This letter will explain why you are losing a customer of seven years.
First, some background. I have been an AT&T wireless customer since 1996. During that entire time I have NEVER had a new phone from you. For the last 12 months or so I have been paying $59.99 for digital one-rate service, and during that time my average usage has been approximately 30 minutes per month. If you do the math, you'll see that means I've paid - on average - about $2 per minute for my AT&T wireless service.

Useless information. DOR is an expensive plan for AT&T Wireless to run. I somehow doubt you used only 30 minutes. Why didn't you change your plan then? You can do that, you know.

Like moobak said... you WILL eventually run into one bad apple customer service rep... but c'mon, five in a row is bs.
Secondly, if you were only using 30 minutes per month you could have easily gotten the National TDMA prepaid and saved yourself a lot of money instead of the $59.99 DOR. The national prepaid has the same coverage and back around those times for a $50 card you would've gotten over 100 minutes which would have lasted you 90 days (3 months)... you're usage of 3 months would total to 90 minutes and cost you $180!
Thirdly, hold times are just that, HOLD TIMES. If you went to Best Buy and stood in the return line for a good 2 hours (which I have before) would you expect them to...
