Mr. Keith:

This letter will explain why you are losing a customer of seven years.

First, some background. I have been an AT&T wireless customer since 1996. During that entire time I have NEVER had a new phone from you. For the last 12 months or so I have been paying $59.99 for digital one-rate service, and during that time my average usage has been approximately 30 minutes per month. If you do the math, you'll see that means I've paid - on average - about $2 per minute for my AT&T wireless service.

You may think that I am complaining about that, but I am not. It was my decision to keep that plan even though my usage ...

What a post. as a customer service professional it makes me upset to see a loyal customer treated in such a manner. I do not work for ATT but I still sometimes wonder what happen to true customer service. Hope you have better luck with your next company.

I am not one to personally attack another user and your are all entitled to your opinion, but I really feel that you would not be posting this response had this been a Verizon customer.

Yet another useless complaint. Lol.

Useless information. DOR is an expensive plan for AT&T Wireless to run. I somehow doubt you used only 30 minutes. Why didn't you change your plan then? You can do that, you know.

'I visited the store at Eden Prairie Center, where I picked out a SE616. They were unable to activate t...

I must say even though this post is very well written I feel like you are whining. I seems to me based on your version of events you were given EXCESSIVE amounts of credit and should be thankful they haven't debited some of those back. As much as I want to say AWS doesn't need a customer like you, I still think they do, but you are complaining a bit much and I feel you are asking too much. This company cannot pay you to be their customer. I do feel your complaints about hold times are valid and that some of the credits are deserved. I just think you're taking it a bit too far.

WHAAAA WHAAA WHAAA!!! Get over it. This is not AT&T Free Stuff and Credit company. Moobak is 100% correct in that reply. Suck it up. All companies are the same when it comes down to it.

OMG, this post is just a bunch of skewed BS.

Like moobak said... you WILL eventually run into one bad apple customer service rep... but c'mon, five in a row is bs.

Secondly, if you were only using 30 minutes per month you could have easily gotten the National TDMA prepaid and saved yourself a lot of money instead of the $59.99 DOR. The national prepaid has the same coverage and back around those times for a $50 card you would've gotten over 100 minutes which would have lasted you 90 days (3 months)... you're usage of 3 months would total to 90 minutes and cost you $180!

Thirdly, hold times are just that, HOLD TIMES. If you went to Best Buy and stood in the return line for a good 2 hours (which I have before) would you expect them to...
