Probably the least expensive place to buy an ATTWS sim card is an ATTWS direct dealer. They are about $20 or $25 (I forget which) at direct dlr. Most indirect dealers charge twice that and I've not seen anywhere online that would charge less than ATTWs directly charges. I'd just cater to a local direct dealer.
