Should I go with the RAZR or the Sanyo 8400?
...
Razr!! Personally I think it looks better.
...
LOOKS BETTER? 😲 Is that any reason to base a phone purchase decision? Go with the 8400. More features...better quality. Never choose a Moto over a Sanyo.
...
Well taking into consideration that they both pretty much have the same features other than ReadyLink (which who uses RL anymore). I think the Razr looks better. The 8400 looks cheap. There is an issue with the back battery cover falling off when using a holster cause the customer to lose their battery even the entire phone. I would buy the Razr over the 8400 any day even if it is made by SANYO.
...
im interested to know what "setlikeamf" uses thier phone for. that would help the rest of us in being able to answer the question for them. in the end, looks are great, but the features SHOULD be the selling factor for a phone (even though its usually not). so, if setlikeamf would please re-post with some more information regarding what they use thier phone for, id be more than happy to offer a suggestion.

OK smarty pants. LOL
His question was simple. Should he choose a 8400 or a Razr. He did not post asking what phone he should choose for Sprint's line up. He has obviously narrow them down himself base on what he wants.
...
Obviously RCR he just wanted our opinions! He wasn't asking for someone to sell him either the 8400 or the razr but was asking for opinions! 😛
...
Obviously RCR made an effort though futile in the attempt. It still seemed a little more useful than, flaming someone instead of answering the original persons question.
P.S.: Get the RAZR.
P.P.S.: Ignore aything bosoxkid will ever say in a forum, that guy is a complete moron.
...
Ok my bad Sprint! I vote for the 8400!
P.S. I agree to ignore anything bosoxkid says in this forum.
...
And the winner is...*opens envelope* BOSOXKID, tell him what he's won Bob.
*Bob speaks in announcer type voice* He is doomed to a life of loneliness and doomed to annoy everyone he speaks to.
...
Thanks for the responses. I went with the RAZR and should have it tomorrow.
Thanks again.

Sanyo is a great manufacture for Sprint. If you get the Moto RAZR when it comes out, most likely you may get a phone with bugs. Most new phones do have kinks or bugs: software, firmware, etc. Just look at the Moto c290. The first vision enabled Moto phone for sprint, and there were several issues with firmware. The c290 wasn't able to read on Sprint's network on some c290's. Sanyo has always put out great models for Sprint. Some may not look as appealing as the Moto RAZR. Me persoanlly, I'm a Sanyo person, but I'm leaning toward the Moto KRZR. I'm going to hold off to see what kinks the Motos may have. If not, wait till the Sanyo M1 comes out.
