Customer Service Rep - Please Help *Return Question*
I purchased the Instinct and I must admit it's a very nice phone. It really didn't cut it for the work I do. I'm outside all the time and had a really hard time seeing my screen. Yes, I know - go in the shade - which I did all the time - lol.
Anyway I returned it to the store and purchased the Treo 800 WHICH I love too, but I really wanted the Blackberry Curve. The rep at our local store told me I'd have to purchase the Blackberry Plan to go with it. I didn't want to pay the extra $$.
Anyway I was online last night and the Sprint site says that if you have the unlimited plan $99.99 you can get the blackberry service - Is this correct - am I reading this right.
If yes, If I paid full price for the Treo 800 - can I return for...

As long as you are within 30 days of your original purchase of the instinct, yes.
And any of the Everything plans support Blackberrry now.

Drake - Thank you! So it's 30 days from the Instinct purchase date? Remember, I returned the Instinct for the Treo 800. I paid full price for the phone at the Sprint store.

Some reps in the store are anal, and some are awesome. Usually they only allow one exchange, but if they're in a good mood, and you complain about the phone a lot to them, they will do a second exchange and it be final. One time, I exchanged phones 6 times at Verizon and they only allow one!

if you returned the instinct, why did you pay full price for the treo??
i'm assuming the instinct was a discounted upgrade, so since you returned it, you should have gotten the discount on the treo
