The Future of Sprint

Been on vacation this week in Myrtle Beach, and missing out on all the excitement. My 2 cents are as follows:

It looks as though Sprint is on the verge of being bought out, probably by DT. It also appears that the iDEN network is up for sale as well.

All of us here knew two things: first, Sprint was either going to do or die this last time around, so it appears that it will be the latter. The good news is that the largest cellular company in the world wants to buy Sprint. So much for the "Sprint sucks" crowd. DT isn't a charity, so they must see some great value in such an acquisition, otherwise they wouldn't even consider bellying up the $$$ it will take to do this.

Second, we ALL knew that it was a matter of time before iDEN went ...
