new system, new rules

so.. i've just been informed in a team meeting, that effective immediately for us at my call center, and i'm sure others as well, we will now be required to meet our tech metrics asap or be demoted to bgn and docked our tech pay.$1.50/hr more. so, we are required this asap when we just learned a new system. starting point required on all calls, which moves slower than a snail, and fill out another tracker on paper. this also an issue with most tech reps of not having thier tools in this center. at least the majority. repassist.. yea.. i spent 40 minutes on a call waiting on repassist to help me. yea.. and max? umm... new qa's say we dont get docked for not offering, but sprint still wants us to sell or be fired. we have to now be at 50% or b...

we have to be a 150% for max and also 68 % for IR on csats.
...
