Sprint Is A Deadbeat!

Sprint would cut off YOUR service long before it reach $10mm past due. HA!

I wonder how good that unlimited plan will be if they loose the ability to roam on VZW's network.

Pretty damn good in my opinion. Im going on five years with Sprint and never roamed in my life. So why would I care if Sprint and Verizon roams on each others network. Coverage is perfectly fine here where I live on the eastcoast. Not to mention that the Unlimited everything plan also inclueds Texting and Data. Which has nothing to do with roaming.

I've never roamed with Sprint yet either..... It doesn't mean that I might really need to at some point. I wasn't disputing that he/she "doesn't need roaming". I'll give you a cookie if you can figure out which point I was disputing.

Looks like someone was offended by the comment you made to me about what my mom and about what i said back. They're both gone.

Kind of funny how people get offended about what is said online, huh? It's all anonymous but there are people who still try to police it. I made that long post further down, but not in an attempt to get people to behave. Just to get them to think before they post.

I actually like the sarcastic posts, too bad someone though what you and i said was "offensive." Oh well.

Oh, and go ahead and keep your cookies. I'm trying to get back in shape.

๐Ÿ˜ข I dont recall seeing your original reply, oh well, I'm sure it was funny. Sarcasm is good. It keeps me from going crazy from boredom sometimes. I have to be good now, I've received my "final warning" for that post. I'm not going to worry about people on the internet taking offense to what I say or believe, although if that exchange took place inr, we would have probably pounded the hell out of each other... ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ Take the damn cookie, I'm tryin to shape up to!!! Why do ya think I'm trying to pass them off on others.

I totally understand the boredom thing. It can get very boring at work. I keep people on their toes with the sarcasm and the one-liners i drop, just to keep things interesting.

Yeah, who cares about how people take a comment online. I think i was having a bad day and my knee was killing me. So i was a little defensive.

If we had actually had that exchange in person, it wouldn't have come to blows. It takes a hell of a lot more than words to get me worked up that bad.

Tell you what. I'll take the cookies and pawn them off on my friends. They'll love them. I might even cheat and have one myself. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

I'm not trying to play devils advocate against Sprint here as suggested. Granted I'm not a fan of Sprint, but what I'm stating here is that Sprints failing business model is likely to affect it's customers even further. I AM GOD is certainly correct that if Sprint looses roaming capabilities of any volume it will affect your voice, data and texting. Sprint relies heaving on it's roaming capabilities.

My point isn't to knock Sprint users here. Actually, none of my "trolling" has ever been directed at the users but the company itself. For some reason, people feel the need to take it all personally and get defensive for saying anything negative about their carrier. I use AT&T and IMO, they are a greedy pile of poo like all the rest. None of...

I see your point and it is a good one. But I'm not a fanboy of any carrier. I am loyal to none of them. They are all a necessary evil IMO. It just seems that in this forum you are allowed only to praise Sprint. Anything else, people just want to attack you. I've never attacked anyone here on a personal level unless attacked first. Which really isn't an excuse and in hindsight, I should have just ignored it. Like a wise man here once said, winning and argument on the internet is like winning the Special Olympics. You're still retarded. (I think that was you)

I have to respond to this post. Why do people , trolls, everybody that doesn't like Sprint feel the need to constantly bash the company? Sprint has A LOT of serious issues that need to be resolved but will not happen overnight! Why is that so freaking hard to understand??? Trolling the Sprint forum and posting the garbage that everyone already knows is ridiculous. Find something else to do! I would like to read something positive about Sprint for once instead of Trolls spreading their Sprint hatred! Stop it! ๐Ÿคจ

I agree that everyone has opinions and yeah that is what the forums are for but if you don't have the service or even work for Sprint then why do you even care about their issues? People(trolls) post the same garbage everyday about Sprint lawsuits, customers they have lost blah blah blah...all wireless carriers have lawsuits against them and have lost customers for one reason or another...so what?! Sprint's former CEO made a lot of bad decisions which has cost the company greatly but with this new guy things are turning around for them. All Im saying is post something positive instead of focusing on the negative all the time.

An example or exaggeration to excuse their bad behavior?

It was clearly stated that the account is so far past due that they were forced to file the suit before the statute of limitations had expired to do so. VZW would not be filing suit for money that Sprint owes them next month.

It also stated that Sprint has maintained a flippant attitude toward Verizon about the whole matter. Kind of like the one they've had toward their customers for so many years. Go ahead and keep defending them though. I'm sure by doing so they'll reward your patriotism with cash and jewelry. ๐Ÿ™„

I don't understand why you feel the need to play the knight in shining armor to Sprint anyway.

BTW- If you will read the whole article, you will see that AT&T is the REAL deadbeat.
...
evilhomer

Apr 17, 2008, 4:56 PM
Sprint roams off of far more towers of VZW's than VZW does of Sprints. The only way it would be a "wash" is if they shared an equal amount of towers that handled an equal amount of call/data volume. $10mm is going to be the difference between what Verizon would owe Sprint for their part.

As far as AT&T goes, I'll save comment on that for the AT&T forum. I am just as loved over there and I am here. Again, I don't give a crap about the carriers. I think they all rob us blind and treat us like crap after they have us on the hook for two years. All of them treat new customers better than someone who's been a loyal customer shelling out big buck for years and years. I don't understand why knocking a huge, greedy corporate machine like Sprint,...

Why should anyone believe anything that Verizon Wireless says?

This is the same company that claimed to have the fastest PTT system back in 2003 and filed a preemptive lawsuit against Nextel in the process, only to lost that same suit and forced to pull those ads.

Your points are good ones about the untruthful boasting that many of the wireless carriers are guilty of. Remember, Alltel was the nations LARGEST wireless network not too long ago.

Now, everyone else. What the hell is wrong with you? Why do you need to get personal like this? I work for Sprint and I like my job. I have great benefits. I love my Sprint phone and coverage. Better than anything I've had before. This guy started a thread about an article that was written about a pending lawsuit. He's not making anything up.
