Now that it is April
Any guesses on how many customers Sprint lost this go around. 500k? 750K? over a Million? do you think Sprint can stop the bleeding?

Most of the customers that have left are nextel customers. I talk to alot of nextel customer who don't realize the coverage difference between sprint and nextel. They believe that nextel is sprint.

Your right,People don't research alot of stuff these days. The nextel customers I get that want to cancel don't know the difference between the two. Some customers that I have gotten to switch to sprint or even ones that have switched to sprint love the coverage better. I love the ones that have gone to another carrier and are willing to port back to sprint and actually try out the sprint side instead of nextel.

alot of people love the hybrids. Its a good thing that sprint is coming out with qchat. I have people asking me about them all the time. I wonder if we are going to have long training about this phones like we have trainings on everything else.

to be honest i learn more about services here than in our trainings LOL
but deftly training is better than taking calls 🤤

When I call Account services now, I get right through. It was 15-20 minutes a few months ago. I dont think the numbers will be as bad as last time.
