I initially started putting this list together for myself to take advantage of the vast amounts of freeware for the pocket pc platform. While there are commercial software that are more refined and can do more than a lot of the freeware out there, there is still plenty of good free software programs for those that do not want to spend more on software or are just not ready to commit to commercial software.
