Can It Get Any Worse?
So i ran into some trainers today...
RMS (or iRMS whatever its called today) training environment is going down soon. Ignoring that it never fully updated for ensemble (UBP), new sales reps have only a flash video to watch. It gets better... IPCS is going to sign a new affiliate agreement. NEXTEL/BRANDED NEXTEL PRODUCTS will not be sold in their locations. Oh did i mention they are going to be expected to use RMS filtered ensemble which they have never seen or used before...
They could go to training... oh what

"Training" for rms and pos systems has always been a joke. It's better and quicker to just watch a rep for a few days, have a rep shadow you for another few, then you're set after about two weeks.
This is the litmus test to me. Any new rep that takes longer than two to four weeks to grasp the basics and day to day stuff of RMS should go find another line of work.

I agree, I was never trained on the systems because the ue classroom things were bogus and it was just easier to shadow.
