Its terrible pricing but, I know a lot of people that would pay that, I myself for one if i was just a normal consumer, its worth the money not to have to worry about anything.

This happened because in Sprint we move at Sprint speed,
Which goes something like this.

I would like to roadside protection so I call in
Operator 1 can barley speak english but after asking what my phone is 4 times finally gets my account, asking for a pin I never set up, but finally i get to verify with my social. He then tells me my account is in a system he can not access, so he has to transfer me. I get transfered, after 15 mins of waiting Operater 2 picks up then tells me I was transfered to the wrong department, and that this time he will transfer me t...

God ppl hate Sprint, i know which numbers to call i never have that problem..matter of fact i seldom ever have to call cuz my bill is fine, and my Service is great..wow so many ppl hate sprint.

I dont hate sprint I love sprint, but there is no reason A customer should need a little black of numbers to beable to get help from his service provider.

You are one of the lucky and few people that havent had issues from billing or CC

I have been an employee for about 2 years, I have had 9 bill credits due to improper billing
On an account that costs 0 dollars ๐Ÿคจ

i don't think i one of the few 52 other mill ppl seem to fine also...its just like most everyone on this site just hates sprint ๐Ÿ˜• oh well moving on to sprintusers where ppl actually like the company! peace ๐Ÿ˜‰

I luv sprint! I just want them to act right treat there employees right and get in the game with the rest of the carriers. I have never ever had a real problem with them. The few times I did call in they wanted to give me free stuff, I took the text messages and said no to pick 3. I will pay for a service if it is good and it has been for me the last 10 yrs YES I SAID 10.

I also love what sprint has as a product but there is a lot that needs to be changed via billing and customer care for sprint to be the company it can be ๐Ÿ˜

Yeah, Sprint has had an unlimited plan in such markets as San Francisco and Minneapolis (where I'm at) for almost a year now. It was a test plan and has been very successful for our reps to offer it. There is an unlimited everything plan for $119 I think and if they want to add an unlimited broadband card to that plan it's only $40 more.
