vzw phone on sprint network?

not at this time. but give it by the 3rd Quarter and it should. i believe currently tho, sprint CDMA phones can be brought onto the verizon network.

I have heard that as a part of a settlement, Sprint agreed to lead the way in allowing their phones to go to other CDMA (Verizon and Alltel) carriers to be usable on their networks. It's still a work in progress as far as I know and I'm sure the other carriers will follow as well at some point. It's obviously not like unlocking a GSM phone since they use sim cards. The ESN has to be recognized on the network in order to ever be activated. A lot of work has to go into this before it will be possible. More than likely nothing will happen until all carriers agree to release their ESN's to other carriers. If it is already possible for Verizon to do that, I would think Sprint might have some legal things they would be dealing with with Veri...

I havent read the replies to this one yet but it is still to be seen a VZ phone on the Sprint network. If and when this does happen though why would you want to do that as all the VZ phones have bogged down OS's/menus and the little bit of money you could spend on a Sprint phone you would get much more out of the phone and service 😈
