OH MY GOD SHUT THE HELL UP YOU COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF SPACE!!!
1) Your name is New 2 T mobile.. and youre trolling and being a fanboy for VZW.
2) He asked a real question, which had nothing to do with you what-so-ever, yet you felt the need to input your 1/2 cent, which no one asked you for in the first place
3) Verizon doesnt work for crap in a LOT of places, but your moms basement apparently is covered.

Actually the only way to "fully" turn a Palm cell phone off is to take out the battery. Otherwise, power will remain on for the device other than turning off the phone radio. Sorry.

it will suspend the battery but you still will have access.

There's no way to completely turn off a Palm PDA. Turning off the radios (what you're doing) WILL help with battery conservation.
Hope that helps.
