The best overall Samsung phone is the A680. I have owned this phone for six months and during that time I have dropped a total of five calls. My friend has a Sanyo 8200 and there are places where mine gets two bars and his is roaming. Also, I have been able to store 100 ringtones, three games, and one application on it. Sanyo memory is only about half of the Samsungs. The A680 has the wonderful blue-lit keypads AND is able to display pics in on its external display as well. The cameras is not a megapixel, but you can use it with the flip closed and see what it is viewing on the external screen. I know three people with sanyo phones, all of which are different models, and my Samsung A680 out performes each one considerably.
