Thanks for the info but I'm still a little confused what will PRL 10023 do as opposed to 10024 if it doesn't increase roaming ability? What PRL should I have curently on my VM4500?

there is an issue with the prl series 10024 with the vm 4500 it can cuase the connecting redialing issue. i would sugest you keep the prl 10023 on your phone atleast untill the 10025 comes out.

PRL is Perfered Roaming List. it tells your phone what network it perfers to roam on. in other words it is a lost of roaming providers sprint has roaming agreements with. the first one on the list is the company which sprint has the cheepest roaming rate with. that way your phone will choose that network is avalible if it is not it will move to the next on the list. and so on.

what does 10024 do that 10023 does not do? it gets sprint cheeper roaming rate. it has nothing to do with phone performance. it has every thing to do with how much sprin...
