Sue HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Google, LG, Yahoo, Microsoft, AOL, Comcast...anything that has a search engine. Have the defendants product banned in various countries.

I'm not sure you can accuse Apple of monopolizing iOS Applications...because they ARE iOS. It is possible for a company to monopolize the APPLICATION FIELD itself, however the fact that Apple is the only company to have iOS apps does make it a monopoly, it makes it theirs.
