Well, seeing as I still have my original 6 Kyocera 2325 Freeup units from August...of 2003 (yeah, I know, they sell like they come with free anthrax), I'm glad to see the pricing structure changed. And a new phone, to boot. Cheers.
Yeah, we don't sell much prepaid either, which is fine with me. Commission on Freeup is lousy. Luckily, I do a lot of B2B postpaid. High-end phones & big rate plans make my bank account happy 😁
Single Rate (in response to AWS Digital One Rate,) Push to Talk (Nextel), now they are offerring an International GSM phone years after AWS.

Verizon is the leader in the wireless industry. 40 million customers is the most of any carrier, that sounds like the leader to me. VZW was the first to offer free in-network calling, now everyone else is doing it. Verizon is also the first company to launch a 3g data technology nationally. These are just things that happened this calender year, that VZW was the first to do.
In-network calling is just the new lingo for it. Most carriers have had such feature for years. You must work at a radioshack, as you seem to have all of your information wrong. Also everything in the united states is 2.5g not 3g, as of yet. And just because someone has the most customers, doesn't mean they are the b...

Working for a large cell carrier that deals with Radioshack we get a lot of calls with accounts that are never set up right. While there are a lot of good reps I am sure in general I think they are very under trained which is the cell carriers fault.

Radioshack may deal with a lot of different carriers but it is my experience that they have a very high rate of totally butchering accounts and misinforming customers.

A-men. I worked at the Crack for almost 5 years. Some of the longtime associates were good about not screwing up accounts & the like, but most of my co-workers just didn't care. Lots of slamming with regards to Sprint VISION & TXT packages & the like. Incorrect rate plans, good ...

No it is not ahead of its time, it was just announced last week that VZW hit 40 million customers.
