Monopoly
In the end, At&t is going to get what they want, They always have. Even if they cannot get T-mobile via the merger they are just going to buy them up in small pieces until there is nothing left. Personally not thrilled about the merger, I would love to have the ability to use my phone when I am out of the city. But despite at&t saying that they are not going to raise prices, I don't belive it, At&t doesn't offer unlimited data, free mobile hotspot or wifi calling like t-mobile does, and the prices for t-Mobile are so much lower like $20.00 2gb High Speed data, then edge network after that vs. At&t $25.00 2gb data then $10.00 per gb overage. Unlimted text for $10.00 with t-mobile vs. $20.00 for At&t, and $39.99 500 anytime minutes then $0.20/...

DT is exactly same as AT&T in Germany (same $hole).

You should look up "Monopoly".
Yes, they'll be the only large GSM provider but no matter how you slice it, AT&T is *still* going to be the single largest GSM provider. If T-Mobile slices up the entire company or sells to Sprint, who's a CDMA provider...AT&T is in the same position. Just lower by however many providers.
Honestly, the merger changes nothing. Either way, if DT is selling...they'll sell and then AT&T is the only major GSM provider.
You get where I'm going with this?

DT is selling and ATT is buying. This is not a hostile takeover where is ATT is buying up all the stock in order to takeover the board. Tmobile is going away no matter what whether it be pieces or as a whole.

It would be a monopoly, if Verion, Sprint, Cricket, Metro, Boost, or any of the other companie were around. Good definiton friend.
