There is no way they would ever match what Ebay gets you.

I get nearly retail for my phone every time I sell them ( I keep them in pristine condition).

It does..especially when Sprint's program just lets that money come off of your purchase that instant. Wonder why they'd make ppl jump through all these hoops.

I work for RadioShack and we offer a trade in program and honestly it is true that you'll most likely get more on eBay, however think about the fact that you are probably experienced at selling on eBay, most people have never sold anything on eBay and the task is very intimdating for them, so I think for most people they're willling to take a little less for their phone in exchange for not dealing with having to sell the phone on eBay. However I wonder why the hell TMO stores would make the customer go through all that crap to get a few dollars. Not to mention most TMO stores are waaay overpriced on their handsets. They should go to a third party reseller to start with and they would save way more money right off the bat you can get free pho...
