Good tech though. I think Ford is already profiting quite well off their brilliant embrace of new tech in their cars and trucks.

I have a factory remote start on a GM vehicle and they don't allow you to drive off without putting the key in the ignition. In fact it turns off after 15 minutes if you don't put your key in.
Great for warming up/cooling down the interior before you get in 😁

🤣 It's a truck, so I tow along my own oil tanker behind me to help.
To me it was a useless gadget when I bought it but with little kids/infants it's become well worth it.

Great for showing off mostly. Remote start has been available for quite sometime. Imagine people with their iPhones (and Android to some extent) bragging about this.
