tmobile has lost all credibility with the false statement ๐Ÿ˜ฒ They do not have 4g they have hspa+ which is 3g ๐Ÿ˜ณ They have the worst network out of the big 4. Terrible coverage on voice and data, and a very small 3g network let alone 4g. This has to be a joke! ๐Ÿคฃ Sprint still has the fastest 4g network and the best plans and pricing. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Have you seen HSPA+ in action? I am guessing not. With the My touch 4g you can teather your device (using Wi-Fi I might add) View a television show on hulu, open a second browser and surf the web, then take a call from a friend, all at the same time! Can Sprint or Verizon do this? The answer is no. The worst network? Not true either, take a ride in Colorado at Keystone, go night skiing and get into a Gondola and make a call, watch everyones else expressions! It is entertaining. Spring charges $10 to get 4g coverage and it is how fast? Not very I see people with EVO's and they like the phone, they hate the service, and they cant stand the Customer Care. For all the iPhone users, do not try any of this your phone will explode! ๐Ÿ˜‰...

Wrong I see hspa+ in action everyday! ๐Ÿ™„ And each and everyday my real 4g smokes hspa+ by atleast 3-4mbs ๐Ÿ˜ˆ tmobile is a joke there network sucks! ๐Ÿคฃ Yes Sprint can do voice and data simultaneously ๐Ÿ˜ you need to do your research tmobile is inferior to Sprint in so many ways! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Whenever I call Sprint I get someone in US! A friend called tmobile 3xtimes in a row and got someone overseas who spoke broken English and could not offer him a better plan it was hilarious. ๐Ÿคฃ teen-mobile is free for the kids ๐Ÿคฃ Yeah that marketing scheme was fail to lmao do yourself a favor drop tmobile and pick up Sprint a real 4g carrier! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

How ironic would it be if tmo decides to buy out sprint.... what would we do with 2 4g networks? 8g? speedwise its faster than sprint..Ive compared it to my friends evo at school...we both have full bars each and I can tell you the speed difference is noticeable..Sounds like your friend is flexpay...eh flexpay...oh by the way...how much does sprint pay you to go on forums to write these posts? ๐Ÿ˜Ž

No but tmobile pays u... I do not work for Sprint I work for company much larger then Sprint and tmobile. I have had service with all four major US carriers and Sprint has proven themselves to be the best overall. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

The only companies larger than sprint and tmobile would be target walmart or some big box retailer. To my knowledge none of the other resellers would be a larger company as you so adequately state. And yup, ive wrote on other posts that im a tmo rep, and judging by how you use your then and thans I would assume so...Sprints 3g footprint might be larger but they arent the fastest.

Are you sure that you were comparing WIMAX to HSPA+ and not HSPA? You said that it smokes HSPA + by 3-4 mbs. It is just interesting that your test do not match up with others' tests. Im not saying it is not possible that you are right. Im just saying, this is worth checking out, if you already havent.

And I think a lot of people on PS don't give Tmo credit, they said their + network will cover 200m population by years end, which is NOT small. And next year they are going to up it to 42mb/s, and they are !!ALREADY!! starting upgrades to 42mb/s in NYC.

I really don't think many on PS give Tmo much credit.

You know why? Most people have these services and they're afraid to hear the truth, because the truth hurts. Most people don't want to believe that. Jay, I have been on this site since 2005 and I have to say, you are probably the most realistic/knowlegeable poster on here. Everyone else just complains/slanders.

I kinda thought that's the whole rrason for coming to this site, cause a person is a mobile tech enthusiast.

I'm getting doped up on a bacon chicken pizza right now, and it was only $6 + tax, damn good deal!!! I don't like being ripped off.

I dont live in an area that T Mobile is popular or has very good service. I would like to know how they can claim the 200 million POPS number? I look at their site to look at the coverage and they list this as mobile web/fast/and fastest I think. I assume the fast is "3G" and the fastest is "3.9G?". They don't even have enough coverage in my opnion to claim 200 million POPS for 3g let alone 3.9/4g. Do they consider if someone happens to pass through the area they have coverage at some point in a years time, they can include them as covered? Someone fill me in.

Well you can tell your friend has credit somewhat better than yours. Since he was offered a Flex Pay plan. Many companies use different levels of call centers to handle different customers. Need an example? American Express uses US based call centers for the Platinum customers and overseas call centers for Blue and Standard Green American Express Cards. It is nice you are able to express you opinion in the forum and the fact that you are a T-Mobile hater, this is an issue you need to live with! Not us I have been using T-Mobile since they were Voicestream, and as all great companies will do they will progress and pass the competetion. Oh, wait a minute, they just did! Good luck with your EVO.

Wimax is 4g technology hspa+ is 3g. Wimax 2 surpases 100mbs pulling 330mbs current wimax is faster then hspa+ I would not follow a standard used by a company whos wikipedia reads as a advertisement and does not give backbone to there claim. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Smallest 3G footprint? Did you even read the article in it's entirety? T-Mobile said their HSPA+ network will cover ---200m-- by years end, as in more than half the country, and they have
---75--- markets covered with HSPA+, here I will translate that for you, that's 20 more markets than Clear has with WiMax which is NOT faster than HSPA+.

Welcome to the truth!
