wait til all of the techs for company a get a tech issue with company b and they dont have documents to troubleshoot it! 😕

I can see it now:

"I'm sorry. While that phone is able to be activated, we cannot provide official support for the device. Please contact the manufacturer for any and all troubleshooting."

I will always help them with the network issues that they are having, however if I cannot see the phone that they have, (or see any information on it), it is kind of hard to give them any troubleshooting steps.

That is basically how it is with old handsets and those bought from other people. we cannot repair under warranty a phone that is over a year past activation or that has been on multiple accounts. cannot repair one that has been retired for over a year and a half if we don't have the parts.
