What about the AWS 1700 band?

AT&T and Verizon both have AWS spectrum, which doesn't compare to the 700MHz spectrum they bought, but still.

T-Mobile also has AWS spectrum, and plenty of it. I am not sure if they have enough to do 3G, and LTE at the same time.

In most major cities, T-Mobile has around 30mhz to work with. In other markets, they have 20mhz. For markets they couldn't get a 20mhz license based on CMA or EA to supplement the 10mhz regional license, then they only have 10mhz (which is all being used for 3G). So those market with only 10mhz won't have LTE until the last minute (Milwaukee Wisconsin is one of those markets since USCC & Spectrumco acquired the smaller 20mhz license, & Cricket acquire...
