Its not that hes being lazy its just that he doesn't have the ability to help them. I work at a Radioshack and I get those customers all the time ( when they break there phone and when there phone needs to factory reset) The truth is that 3rd party retailers are not given all the capabilities as a corporate store...... However are prices are lower 😁
