that a lot of people do not seem to understand. If a phone is give to you by your employer, it is their phone and they can go through it's contents any time they want. So therefore you should not be using any company property for personal use.

exactly. i don't know why this should anger anyone. when i am given my company phone i have to agree that it is used for work communication and all said communications and usage can be monitored if the company so chooses.as well as anything on the phone stays the property of the company. i.e. if i take pics with it and they fire me, they don't "owe" me those pics.
