Stop suing people. Your making your CRY-Phone look bad. I am seriously tired of this. If you keep acting like this I wouldn't be surprised if Verizon turns down a CDMA version. You are like a drama filled little girl.

Verizon's stuck with 5 awful smartphones, a slow data network, and fleeing customers.

Really because my Storm 2 rocks, just as fast and w/e pos you carry, and haven't fled yet because I actually just resigned my 2 year contract. So why don't you just shut up and stick with your crappy service and 2G everywhere 3G somewhere provider!

Nothing like the sequel to the worst smartphone of 2008 award, hrm? 🙄

Last time I checked Att just recently committed to LTE, and its a little on the late side, considering Verizon has purchased most of the spectrum leaving Att to scrounge for crumbs on the bottom floor. I would rather have slightly slower 3G speeds and a broader coverage map. Tests were also conducted on ideal location with little traffic on the networks. I'm sorry but if the Att 3G is only located in metro areas the that a have a bunch of douchey fan boys bogging down your network.
As far as Verizon having only 5 crappy phones... I don't know about that. All the Android phones are really cool and are flying off the shelf with great customer reviews. Att is being propped up by 1 phone, and people are only holding on to Att because of that...

Look, Verizon doesn't have NEAR the smartphone traffic that At&T does. Let's put all of those iPhone users on Verizon's network and it become about as useful as an Otowncell comment... oh and PS that ONE phone is still out-selling all five of Verizon's wonderful devices.

Fleeing customers? please point me to the report where Verizon lost any customers in a quarter.. in fact, please show me a report where they gained less than a million subscribers in a quarter.
...
Verizon is not going to take the Iphone if they have to pay 900million dollars per quarter like ATT does. There will have to be alot of adjustements to that for Verizon to accept the I-Cant-Phone.
