because if they kick off hogs off unlimited plan, they will be sued.
Did ANYONE read the news release? they said that with 4g they will most likely charge a base fee (for access maybe first few gigs) and then have a set usage structure past that.. so if you are someone who uses the phone moderately now, you "might" save money.
