Deutsche Telekom Considering Sprint Nextel Bid
This was bound to happen.
Once upon a time TMO USA was known as a low cost…you get more than your paying for carrier. But lately they’ve been suffering an identity crisis, slow 3G roll out, small native coverage, prices have slowly crept up, no WOW factor phones like the iPhone, BB Storm, or the Pre.
Plus doesn’t Vodafone own like 45% of Verizon, so it might not be all bad.
Idk, I don't find anything valid in your post. Sorry. T-Mobile isn't doing any worse then say AT&T is. They clearly are doing better then Sprint though. They have had more customers signed up then Sprint has and they are the only company with a Flexpay (poor credit) program. T-Mobile is also the only company who does not charge a deposit. Yeah, sorry, I just didn't find anything truthful in your post.
Last month, Mr Obermann reiterated his warning about the poor performance of T-Mobile US, which reported a 1.7pc fall in underlying customer revenue in its second quarter.
The US operation is struggling to compete against larger rivals AT&T and Vodafone's 50pc-owned joint venture Verizon Wireless, which have more advanced 3G networks. T-Mobile US is also losing customers to small operators offering cheap deals.
Combined, T-Mobile, the fourth-placed operator, and Sprint, the third biggest player, would closely challenge AT&T's second-place spot with 78.2m customers

im just waiting for the FCC to step in and make everyone play fair like usual
if anything let the store reps handle the customer service call..
ive worked tmobile for a while. i was tech support, bilingual customer service, and just regular customer service.
the only reason why people think tmobile customer service is good is because they water you down. im sorry sprint is too blunt and too the point with you.
depending on the phone and the symptoms they mentioned i knew excatly what the problem was but i was instructed not to tell them. i was supposed to sugar them up act like i was helping knowing that it wont work...
and if a customer called in from cali and said they cant check their voicema...

Flexpay really isn't any different from what ATT and VZW offers, buy your phone outright, no contract, and you have the same plans as if you would be in contract.
Your wrong, Flexpay can also do a 2 year contract and get the phones at a discount.
sprint understands that people have lifes and ish happens. what if your in the hospital and arent working so cant pay your bill. wouldnt it suck to have your service cut off and no one knows how to contact you.
thats why sprint gives you a credit line or if you are a premier customer you dont get a credit line you cant just charge up your account because you've proven youself worthy. you pay your bills every month on time.
