The Palm Pre will require one of the following pricing plans for activation regardless of how the Pre is purchased.

Everything Data Family 3000 $169.99 ($19.99 Added lines)

Business Essentials Messaging & Data Plan
400 $69.99
1000 $89.99
1400 $109.99
2000 $129.99
3000 $179.99
4000 $229.99
Add additional lines to any of these plans for $55 per line.

There will be exemptions for Pre Advocates and Sprint employees.

Typically, sprint employees (and any national account employee) are frozen from the ESNs on their lines for a 1 or 2 month period.
