I don't think that Sprint is any hotter water than any other company at this point. Almost every company is cutting back where they can. This is a smart move by Sprint, they could cut employee benefits like other companies are doing but they have finally come to the realization that employees make the difference. Sprint's moving in a good direction now and I'm happy for them.
