I don't care what carrier it is. This settlement is way out of line. The customer's should accept part of the blame. Afterall, they signed the agreement. It just goes to show that a contract is only as worth the amount of the paper it was printed on.

I hope Sprint gets sued for every penny. I read a post that an 8yr customer could not get pro-rated. Cus he re-signed before the effective date. I never would have singed up to Sprint would I have known Windows Mobile picture mail was non existant & now a hunk of junk still to date. I'm seeking the Samsung Omnia & full picture mail access. As Sprint phones & picture mail are WAY below average.

You obviously have never had Sprint. Picture mail on Sprint is amazing. Every picture you send or receive is stored on line and you get a ton of features online. I can upload my entire album from my phone and delete them off my phone to save space. Yet still view all my pictures from my phone as if I never erased them from pic and videos. I can even saved them back to my device or send them to someone else.

I did read his post. Just curious why you are talking about pictures and other off-topic material in a thread about ETF Claims? You work for Sprint or something?

Now if an 8 year old customer couldn't get pro-rated, there might be a problem. 🤣 He/she could always claim they weren't old enough to sign a contract in the first place. If mommy made the 8 year old sign the contract under duress though I'd sue her 🤣

I can't go on...the laughter is kill...
