I have to agree. If someone sues Sprint or hell, if Sprint announces a new free phone, there are 50 replies by noon. AT&T does something and no one says a word. The CEO of Verizon quit last week and no one said anything. LTE could be haulted by whoever is the new CEO, but no one wants to talk about that... oh well...

there was a looong discussion about this and how sprint was going to go under (again) when this suit was first filed and it was announced that ATT was first because of their size. expect VZW to be next, then sprint, T-mo and alltel.
