Is it just me or isn't this something Sprint should have been developing this stuff the day they bought Nextel?

ya know...you guys are killin me! there is NOTHING wrong with sprint CS..at all..period everytime I call, someone calls from my store, there issue is resolved in under 10mins. all this crap about sprint CS is getting old, there is barely anymore out sourcing, practically no hold times ( longest i've had in months is 3mins ) and the people are nice..


you have all cried your river..no build the bridge and get over it!

Not for nothing, I also work in a Sprint store and i still HATE having to get them on the phone... and there are several periods during the day (moreso since "Everything" launched) that theres more than a 15-20 minute hold, so it still does happen, and while as far as store support we in the store dont deal with outsourced help, theyre still there whenever you call any of the general customer service numbers.

I'm a rep from Sprint/Nextel and I say they're not. We're using a pain in the a** stone aged tools to assist our customers. These tools are for modifying rate plans and processing orders and there are a lot of errors in these tools and systems that we're using which can definitely ruin customers rate plans and bills. If Sprint/Nextel can fix this then CS will improve dramatically since we no longer need to do work arounds and create promises for our customers.

But my bill is always accurate and when I change plans i never have a problem. I'm not saying what you are saying is wrong, but Sprint cs has significantly improved!

Then good for you and it's true that Sprint's CS has improved significantly but if you're a customer who is still in our old account system that's where it gets messed up. Sprint actually has an account system that's what we call premier and Nextel has their own as well and that's what we call ensemble. When they've merged they've decided to use Nextel's system since Sprint's system is crappy, old and it can be hacked. Eventhough we're using Nextels system about 70% of our customers account is still in the old system and whenever we access their accounts through Nextel's system info's, rate plans and phone pricings are messed up. The scripting is not correctly translated and whenever we make modifications and orders everything gets messed up...

I love how it started out with some Sprint criticism and it ends with two people who work for the same company trying to get to know each other. I am rep for a while and I can say that everything has improved dramatically. Yes there are times where you get a lot of frustrating errors but for the most part everything is much better than during the beginning of the murger. As far as the comment about 70% of Sprint customers stil lon P2K because that is the name of the billing platform NOT Premier, Premier is the application you use to access P2K accounts. Most of the accounts have already been converted to ENSEMBLE with the remainder being coverted by May/June. The majority of the accounts that still reside in P2K are CL accounts which may be ...

hehehe. it definitely improved. there is a big improvement when it comes to waiting time when you're trying to call customer service. before, you need to wait until 30mins but now it dramatically improved. i've been to different department of sprint and honestly the systems that we're using have improved although sometimes you will encounter errors but you just need to adjust and try to focus. 😁

Well I hate to feed them but these system issues is getting into my nerves. I could even sell a book full of system issues that we're experiencing. If sprint can fix these problems then that'll be a breakthrough and that'll be the time that i can do "real" customer service wherein i'll also be satisfied with.

really? why is it that i still need to call 5 different departments just to get a hold of someone who has the training to turn off picture mail or to see why I'm being charged for calls when its after 10PM and i have nights starting at 7pm? yeah until they start teaching their department (or YOURS!) how to handle a call with multiple questions ill still put them at the bottom of the list. I'm not saying everyone else is perfect but its just hard to handle the fact that they still make customers bounce around more than todays march madness games. theres a reason why i quit sprint and regretted the fact that i became a sprint customer....

trust me junior, don't really need DC because I'm not a construction worker or that annoying guy at the grocery store thinking hes cool because he can make a "chirp" sound and talk to his one friend who coincidentally only has it because he was forced to get it for the free phone. as far as the UNLIMITED data is concern i already have it for free with my plan because it was soooooooooooooooo easy to manipulate the sprint system to add it for free. so don't try to get all ginger with me by trying to make a lame '90s soup nazi joke just so you can tell your lover the vibrating nextel i560 phone you call bob and prance all day..... kelly RRRRRRRRRRRIPA!
