What good is a company that sells service that is not even theirs. The problem is most of the customers they get, nobody else would want. They should stick to what they do best? Stay out of the reseller business.

the problem is- what is it that they really do best? the customers they get for landline service- dont have much choice for anything else.. the wireless customers they get either are customers dumb enuf to get snared like flypaper or those who dont have choice.. many of the ppl that work for them also get their 401k's evaporated & stocks in the toilet.. so if they now want to keep from drowning they need to put on a red verizon life jacket! verizon just needs to buy them out so ppl that work there dont have to be so ashamed of their job & ppl that got stuk with their service can no longer be at the bottom of the food chain.. 😛

It is spelled QWEST.
Reselling another companys wireless under their terms is beneficial to the customer, it offers the convienience of one bill. I.E. Qwest landline, DirecTv Satellite Tv, and Verizon wireless service all billed together.

I will tell you right now why consumers would be happy about this. $17.00 bundle discount off published monthyl wireless cost.
For example if you have the 450 Single line with VZW right now, if you were to add this to your Qwest Bundle* you would recieve up to a $17 discount. Bringing your wireless 22.99.
*This assumes that you have all bundled services with Qwest. This includes your home phone, LD, DSL, and DirecTV. Wireless alone won't recieve a discount but all it takes is one more product to save $5.00 per month which can then grow to $17 if you add more services.
Last I checked, people really like saving money.
