Most likely Verizon.

This device will most likely be offered by Verizon because as the article mentions FCC documents indicate it has a Verizon logo and according to Phone Arena (http://www.phonearena.com), it is listed under upcoming phones for Verizon. There is no mention of it under upcoming phones for Sprint.

I'm waiting out for an HTC Iris if ever gets released or will wait till Garmin releases their nuviphone and then switch to whatever carrier will carry it (AT&T?) unless they release it for Verizon too.
