Their coverage is comparable to T-Mobile but they allow you to roam on Verizon's network. So that gives you quite a bit of coverage in the states.
And the people that work the retail shops are great to interface with.
Sprint's problem is their customer support, technical support, etc. It's too disjointed. The left hand doesn't know what the right hands doing.
I've experienced this myself, I've experienced this with a sales rep. Their whole support system is to cumbersome and restrictive.
