Sprint offers awesome phones, I love the Sanyos you can get with Sprint.
Their coverage is comparable to T-Mobile but they allow you to roam on Verizon's network. So that gives you quite a bit of coverage in the states.
And the people that work the retail shops are great to interface with.
Sprint's problem is their customer support, technical support, etc. It's too disjointed. The left hand doesn't know what the right hands doing.
I've experienced this myself, I've experienced this with a sales rep. Their whole support system is to cumbersome and restrictive. There's nothing more frustrating than seeing a retail sales person wanting to help you but pretty much having their hands tied. And unfortunately Sprint is taking their loss out on...

Sprint will never compare to T-mobile

T-mobile compares to AT&T Network wise

Sprint compares to Verizon

that's like saying a Kia compares to a Honda but the Kia is almost as reliable as a Honda and we both know that's WRONG!
