Its coming to Verizon

Theres a Pearl 2 in the "Secret" Verizon page. So I'd say its just about confirmed for VZ.

OMGoodness, Verizon is teasing us right now, even with the music! I hope the phone will come in a red. The red one already out is pretty hot. It's my NE2 too!

No, CDMA only. The 8830 doesn't need a replacement, it's a great phone too.

8830 > Curve, I don't get why people crap their pants over the Curve. It's good but definitely nothing special.

yeah i never figuered that out either, I don't really see the difference as well?

The pearl will be more a consumer product while the 8830 is more aimed towards business

They are very different phones. The 8830 is a world phone designed primarily for the business user. It does not have a camera. The keyboard does not compare to the Curve's and it has the previous generation of media software etc...

I would love to see a Curve that has the latest software, improvement in font display and media software in the Pearl along with the Wifi Curve just released for T-Mobile.
