wow they are willing to buy the headaches and problems that sprint has? if this does happen can they first work on customer service? im talking about a full 180 on customer service to the point that customer wont have to deal with someone on the other side just giving you SH*T and help you with your problems?.....just a thought

**this doesnt mean that their isnt some customer service reps that are helpful, they are but the majority are just pricks!**

well, I have had my majority of bad experiences with Sprint's customer care, or lack there of. However, I noticed even the ones that seem like its there last day and ready to burn the call center down are typically very helpful and friendly if you are friendly and give them enough respect. The fact that the majority are "pricks" to you is probably saying somthing about yourself.

Im taking it that you have nothing to do with working for Sprint or anything do you? Well let me tell you something.. When the customers of your company are trying to always take advantage of the things that you do for them, you gotta be alittle more stern! I work for Sprint, and I NEVER have a problem with RUDE customer service, you know why? Cause I have different numbers other then "regular" customer service or "*2"....So I think that if the customers weren't always trying to get more **** for free then they already are, then they wouldn't have had to change the customer service reps to be more of a prick.

ahmen...that dude whinning about customer service is prolly one of the dudes always wanting the world for free because they think they shouldnt be charged for services...I work for sprint too and I NEVER have a problem when I call customer care, whether its for me or a customer, no matter what number I call..as far as the whinner goes...some one send him one of those cancellation letters so we dont have to hear is mouth anymore... 🙄

Haha pretty good, and your right man....I never have a problem either calling for myself or for a customer...And never had a problem when I had the old customer care numbers....

I will say, if you have Nextel, their customer care is alittle different from Sprints. Not saying that there are rude people in the customer service, but they do things ALOT different on the Nextel/IDEN side. So they might come off oh how I want to say it "Short" with ya.

woohhoo for you I don't want **** for free and have had major issues with sprint. I left them because of it. I didn't want something for free I wanted what they promised me and I couldn't get it. So yes some people have issues with CS. And not all want sh*t for free!
